Sign in Right-of-Way Permit - County of Haliburton Application

Please read carefully:

A Sign in Right-of-Way Permit (Sign in ROW) is required for private signs to be located at a specific location within the road authority’s right-of-way.

Additional Conditions and Comments

There is currently a moratorium on all billboard style sign permits. If you have questions please contact Rob Dillane at rdillane@haliburtoncounty.ca.
Fees:
Billboard style: Initial administration fee of $150.00 plus $7.50/sq.M. (minimum of $300.00) + annual renewal fee of $150.00.
Location style: Initial Fee of $750/sq.M. (minimum of $300.00)
Commercial/Business Fingerboard Signs: 30 cm $150.00 40 cm $175.00 Annual renewal fee of $150.00
Commercial "A-frame: Initial fee of $155.00 + annual renewal fee of $100.00
Special Signage (banners and any signage not covered by the Ontario Traffic Manual) $100.00 per even per year.
Fee payment can be made in a variety of ways quoting the application ID:

In person at 11 Newcastle Street, Minden - Cash or Cheque made payable to the County of Haliburton
By courier or Canada Post - Cheque made payable to the County of Haliburton
Via EFT to payments@haliburtoncounty.ca
